So far the most frustrating part of our pilot project has been dealing with video or audio problems.
To be fair, some of those problems have nothing to do with Skype at all – e.g. your webcam quality, computer speed or internet connection speed.
Therefore, in order to prevent – or at least minimize – those pesky problems, it is a good a idea if, before our online mediation simulations, you run a series of tests recommended by Skype for your microphone, speakers, webcam, computer, and Internet connection. And finally, it does help having a headset.
