Example of Online Mediation in Spanish – Commercial Case – 45-min Video

Mediator: Beatriz Rodriguez de la Flor (Madrid, Spain)
Party 1: Marta Cepas Morales (Sevilla, Spain)
Party 2: Ignacio Martinez Mayoral (Madrid, Spain)

This video shows also how:

    • Online mediation makes it easy to change the order of sessions. In this case, unlike what happens in many face to face mediations, the mediator met the parties first separately, and then together
    • Online mediation and face-to-face mediation can be integrated. At the end of their initial online mediation session, the mediator asked both parties: (1) if they were interested to meet again for another session; and (2) how — online via Skype or face to face at the mediator’s office
